Jctc Academic Calendar

Jctc Academic Calendar – To meet the needs of the community and students, KCTCS facilities offer terms varying in length from two weeks to 16 weeks. The two main terms start in August and January. Colleges offer short sessions in both of these settings, giving students a chance to confirm lessons.

A variety of sessions from two to eight weeks are also available during the summer months. All KCTCS colleges follow a common policy for determining important dates within each session, such as adding and dropping classes and refund deadlines.
