Focus on upper body strength (check out options in P90x3 and 21 day fix/extreme fix) and do some yoga too! Don’t worry too much about leg days at this point, because that’s a lot of volume on your legs.
You can go back to a full body workout when you finish your race. The diet bet challenge was to lose 4% of your body weight in 4 weeks by following the calendar. My calories stayed a little under target, which I like to be, so there’s a little more for the things you think you’re not keeping up with, like the butter you buttered your toast with or cooked with.
I used the Lose it app and I love it. I have a 17-day tracking streak, the longest I’ve ever tracked my food, so I’m pretty proud of that. The number on the scale hasn’t changed much since the first weigh-in, and I try not to get discouraged.

Here is a LIFT4/10 running plan I made for a friend. Feel free to use it or modify it to suit your needs, but remember that it was intended for the intermediate athlete, not beginners. This mashup was made specifically for the LIFT 4 program, but if you want to follow your own weight program, this would work as well.
Just remember the areas you are working on. I designed this so that it doesn’t stretch the legs too much. You can access the official LIIFT4 calendar through your Beachbody On Demand login. Then you also have access to the weight recording sheet.
