Oyster Bay-East Norwich Central School District is a small educational community serving a diverse student population in three schools: Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School (grades K-2), James H. Vernon (grades 3-6) and Oyster Bay Middle School (grades 7 and 8, 9-12).

The district’s 13.1 square mile boundaries include the villages of Oyster Bay and East Norwich and the villages of Island Island, Cove Neck and Oyster Bay Cove, and parts of Laurel Hollow, Mill Neck, Muttontown and Upper Brookville.

The academic calendar serves as an information source and planning document for students, faculty, staff, and departments, as well as external organizations. The calendar includes registration dates, class start dates, exam dates and more.
The academic calendar is divided into fall and spring semesters, each approximately 15 weeks and a maximum of two weeks for exams, and a summer semester of 6 weeks and one week for final exams. Educational Excellence
All seniors wishing to park on school property must present a student driver parking registration document along with a copy of their driver’s license, vehicle registration and current vehicle insurance. Please submit all the documents to the head office.
