Pfisd 2022-23 Calendar – If all goes as planned and we graduate at Pfield on June 2, 2022, you will be able to invite as many guests as you wish. There is no limit on the number of guests. Chromebooks and chargers should be delivered when you no longer need the device.

You can leave your items in the library from today until the end of the day on May 24. The last time to drop these items will be in the FAC lobby on May 25 at 12 noon.

Please note that graduation practice at FAC will begin at 12:50 PM, so this would be a great time to catch up. On Thursday, November 4th, PHS Seniors will hold Spirit Night at Torchy’s Tacos from 5 pm to 9 pm.

Torchy’s will donate 20% of takeout, delivery, and pickup orders to the Pflugerville High School Class of 2022. Please help us invite one (or 2) of your friends to dinner with you! Be sure to indicate that you support the PHS 2022 Senior Class when placing your order.

We are pleased to announce our graduation dates and times for PfISD. All graduation ceremonies will be held at 8:30 am in Pfield. This year’s graduation schedule is below. Additional details about this event will be posted as they become available.

Each calendar includes a two-week winter break to provide families with additional travel days during the holiday season, and students return in the first week of January for the spring semester. For more news/updates/information on all things graduation, please stay tuned to the website.

Please reply to this email if you need a deaf interpreter for the graduation ceremony as we want the graduation ceremony to be memorable for everyone.

This will allow me to contact you directly regarding residency. FAC gates will open at 12:30 and start at 12:50. Your practice and ceremony seat allocation will be emailed to all seniors the night before, so keep an eye on your email.

We’ll cover dress code, seating arrangement, arrivals, departures, and everything else related to graduation. You will also receive your qualified cables. If you haven’t ordered your cap and gown, they will be on sale in limited quantities during this time.

Comité de Calendario Académico, consultants, managers and directors reviewed the comments and made its final recommendation to the Board of Directors.

If your student has outstanding fees/fines, you should receive a notification from the accountant by next week. As a reminder, all requirements will need to be completed before the final year student receives their diploma and final transcript.

Please note: If you are borrowing a dress, it must not be older than 2 years. The current style has gold embellishments on the sleeves. Please see your email for a picture of the current style.

Senior Agreement:  Retirees, please make sure you have filled your Senior Agreement if you haven’t already! Click HERE to review and submit the contract. There are two ways to send the signed agreement. One way is to print it out and have it signed by you and your guardian and handed over to the front desk, or you can submit it electronically via google.

STUDENTS:  PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO USE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS/PFISD ACCOUNT TO ACCESS THE ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT. Please submit/submit the senior contract by May 6th. Senior Athletes – Read This!: Students planning to participate in Division I/II interscholastic athletics during their first year of college must register with the NCAA Beginner Eligibility Clearinghouse.

Prospective student-athletes should access enrollment materials by visiting www.eligibilitycenter.org and clicking on NCAA Student-Bound Sports. There is a fee accompanying this enrollment unless the student qualifies for a free/discounted lunch. IMPORTANT!!! Make a hard copy of the signature page and give it to your registrar so that an official copy of your transcript can be sent (free of charge) to the Clearing House.

Your diploma can be received on Friday, June 3, between 10:00 and 12:00. Please follow the website for more information. Please note:  All fees/fines/hours must be paid before we can publish your degree and/or final transcript.

This includes chromebooks and chargers. Seniors, prom tickets go on sale on Thursday, November 4th. Prom tickets start at $55.00 for November. Prom tickets can be purchased in room F103 before school during three lunches. Please do not come during the lesson, you will be turned away.

As in previous years, two-day working minutes are kept on each calendar to allow schools to close d
ue to inclement weather conditions. Professional development days and holidays are also included in each of the calendars and adjusted according to community feedback to align with the various religious holidays that represent our diverse community, for example: We will say your names during this practice.

You can order your shirt from RevTrack or come to F103 to purchase your shirt. All proceeds will go to the Senior Class of 2022. Please note: Shirts are available by pre-order only. All orders must be placed and paid for by November 30.

Speaking of graduation orders, we don’t have a deadline to send out invitations or dresses, but I think we’re close. When we know when products will arrive on the PHS campus, I will post the release date on the website, on the Principal’s blog, and in announcements.

Attention Seniors:  Did you miss the first senior class meeting last week? Don’t forget to get your graduation package from the front desk. Herff Jones will be at the cafeteria on Friday, November 5, from 9:00 to 15:00 for your cap and gown orders, invitations, and anything related to graduation.

Due to a national supply chain shortage, we invite everyone to place their graduation supplies orders while Centex Recognition is on campus this Friday. If your senior was not on campus to deliver the order package Friday, 11/5, please visit the following website to place the order as soon as possible: Another condition your student must meet in order to attend the graduation ceremonies is to complete the senior contract.
