Plano Isd 23-24 Calendar – Students will have a full week for fall break next year. Additionally, districts reported that winter and spring breaks are planned to align with other school districts. Winter vacations are scheduled for December 22 – January 5, 2024.
Spring Break is scheduled for March 11 – 15. The calendar went through a series of reviews by groups that included district administrators, the Plano Leadership Executive Committee, PTA leadership, student advisory councils, district and campus leaders and faculty councils, according to a presentation at the board meeting.

Both calendars feature major breaks – Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring – that are consistent with NISD’s traditional length and style. This includes extra days for students the week immediately after winter break and the week after spring break to help teachers prepare.
