Srhs Calendar – The SRCS community ensures that every student receives an empowering education. High expectations and expert individualized instruction enable each student to take ownership of their learning, think critically and experience success. *Pursuant to Regulation 5144, students are notified that they will be searched upon entering campus after the start of the school day. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized returns. However, this notice does not preclude staff from having the right to search a student at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of a violation of the law.

Many students currently need additional support and assistance. The instruction is well supported by research and we are excited to offer students and families this new site with four different ways for students to receive instruction.

Please feel free to contact us for assistance. We are all here to serve our students at SR! Go Dawgs! If your student is late to school for medical, dental, or personal reasons, they must check in at the attendance office.

Parents are requested to call the attendees in time, at the above numbers or send a message. We have voicemail, so if we don’t answer, please leave a detailed message. Students are encouraged to bring a note from the medical/dental office regarding their visit.

Shadow Ridge Middle School emphasizes all aspects of our students’ growth and development. We take advantage of students’ natural curiosity. Appropriate class sizes and excellent, qualified teachers enable us to provide an intimate and inclusive learning environment, while ensuring that every student receives the individual attention and support they need.

Registration for peer tutoring is now available online! Both teachers and people wishing to attend classes can register at this link and receive advice from the counseling office before each session. You can also go directly to the counseling center to get help and go.

If your student is unwell or needs to leave campus early, remind them to contact their attendance office. They should not text their parents from class. All students require an off-campus card if they must leave campus.

The Attendance Office will contact the parent/guardian to obtain permission to leave early. Parents/guardians must ensure that they have phoned the school or given the child a letter explaining any absence within three days of the absence.

The Monitoring Office has an answering machine that records messages 24 hours a day. Plus, the 24/7 tutorial from the CA State Library is amazing! All CA K-12 students now have access to 24-hour instruction in English and Spanish.
