STISD was recognized for its commitment to innovation as an award winner in the 29th annual awards program and was one of 18 recipients to receive the honor: three Grand Award winners, nine Silver Award winners and six Honorable Mentions.

Students or parents may report incidents of bullying verbally or in writing to a teacher, counselor, principal, or other district personnel. Students or parents may contact the district for an incident report to use in filing a complaint.
