Torah Portion Calendar 2022 – The Torah Portions site tracks the portions of scripture that are read aloud in Jewish synagogues each week. Genesis to Deuteronomy is divided into 54 sections, each consisting of chapters. The names of the sections for each week are taken from the Hebrew word in the first verse of the section.

Tezaveh (“He shall command”) begins as God commands Moses to ordain Aaron and his sons as priests. God details how to make the priestly garments, how to sanctify the priests during the seven days of dedication in the Mishkan (Tabernacle), how to offer sacrifices, and how to build the golden altar.

[1] Purim is a joyous holiday that affirms and celebrates the existence and continuity of the Jewish people throughout history. The main public celebration usually includes the public reading—usually in the synagogue—of the Book of Esther (M’gillati Esteri), which tells the story of the holiday: under the reign of King Ahasuerus, Haman, the king’s adviser, planned to exterminate.

Jehovah’s creation calendar was used for the first 4,000 years of human history. The ancestors who lived before the flood, including Adam, Seth, Enoch, and Noah, saw this calendar. It was also used by Noah’s descendants after the flood, including Shem, Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Rebecca, Jacob, Leah, Rachel, Joseph, Moses, Joshua, Ruth, and Samuel.

It was used by good kings including David and Solomon and their successors. Jehovah’s prophets saw it, including Elijah, Elisha, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi.

Ezra, Nehemiah and Esther used it after the Babylonian captivity. Jesus the Messiah and his angels followed him, including John, Peter, James, Judas, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and Paul. From these words of Jesus, it seems that the millennial kingdom of Elohim will not occur on the day of a solar eclipse or a conjunction of the stars.

Ancient Origins

The main reason seems to be that Yahweh created signs in the heavens to determine the days and years. Because Moses entered Psalm 90:4 and gave us the truth of God’s 7000 plan. 2 Peter 3:8 says that God’s 7,000 year plan was one of which there was no knowledge.

Because of that Moses entered Psalm 90:12 and prayed to Jehovah to teach us to number our days. The creation calendar is a time frame of 7000 years and is important in the creation of the universe.

Jesus the Messiah decided to perfect the universe in 7000 years. The universe consists of seven periods of 1000 years called millennia. The Millennium consists of 20 Jubilee cycles where each cycle lasts 50 years. In Genesis 6:3 Jehovah told Noah that after 120 Jubilee years or 6000 years He would no longer make war with man.

At the end of the sixth millennium, Jesus the Messiah will give the gift of eternal life – an age of life to all who believe and listen to Him. Yahweh spoke to Moses: “When you number the men of Israel according to their number, each one shall give a ransom to Yahweh at the time of his registration, so that there will be no sickness among them.”

The Creation Calendar

“- Exodus 30:11-12 The precise movements of the earth and the moon and the words of Elohim reveal the truth of the universe. His creation calendar is perfectly aligned with these precise movements. Let the spirit of truth lead and guide mankind in all truth. Daniel said in Daniel 12:4 that knowledge will increase. Now man is the exact number of the stars in the sky.

Movement is understood more than ever before. As Genesis 1:14 says, the sun and the moon were created for signs, appointed times, days, years – wisdom – to use them properly for the purpose for which they were created, and to understand the 7000 year plan of Jesus the Messiah. Elohim says in Genesis 1:14-19; The first purpose he created was the greatest light, and the least light on the fourth day of the visible universe was the moon and the eclipsing signs of the sun and moon.

The Calendar Design

Although the details of the biblical calendar are debated, the principles are well defined in Scripture. We know that the day is determined by sunset and sunrise, and we can argue about exactly when that is.

We know that the new moon is determined by the moon, and we can argue exactly when it is. We know that the seasons determine the year, and we can argue about how we know that.
