Susquehanna Academic Calendar – Susquehanna University has adjusted its fall 2020 academic calendar to prioritize the health and safety of the campus and surrounding communities, and in response to evolving guidance from public health officials regarding the global COVID-19 pandemic.

“These adjustments will allow us to offer 13 weeks of on-campus education and activities while helping to reduce the risk of infection associated with students returning to campus after the holidays,” said Susquehanna Dean and Dean Dave Ramsaran.

. Susquehanna plans to move all students into on-campus housing at designated times from January 20-24. More details about these days will be announced after the end of the winter semester. Students will also have the option to pursue distance learning.

Under this revised calendar, the Fall 2020 semester will begin one week earlier and classes will begin on Monday, August 24. There will be no midterm (fall) break. On-campus training will end on Friday, November 20, and on that date, students will leave campus until the spring semester.

The last week of classes will be held remotely starting November 30th and finals will be administered remotely starting December 7th.
