Mandated Reporting
After three days of bad weather, 14 public schools will switch to distance learning instead of proximity. Anyone may report gender discrimination, including sexual harassment (any person who reports being the alleged victim of conduct that may constitute gender discrimination or sexual harassment) to the Title IX Coordinator.

The proposal was presented to the Education Council in December 2020. Subsequently, a survey was held from January 11 to January 29 for feedback from students. Carrie Sterrs, community relations and special programs coordinator for the county school system, said the typical calendar work committee is unable to meet due to covid-19, but members’ views on two calendar proposals are being sought through surveys.
