EASD will arrange an exchange (at the meeting place) with your company so that you/your representative can collect all your team’s documents (name badge, grounds and congress materials). New registrations and name changes must be processed at the time of appointment and must be paid directly.
To change the name of the early registration to “personal” between July 20 and September 2, 2022, the difference between the first and last payment will be charged (always taking EASD membership status into account). These requests must be sent by email.

This account can be used for any future registration. Selection for oral presentation or short oral argument is not possible. The Program Committee assigns accepted abstracts to either an oral presentation or a short oral discussion session.
Program Committee members will meet in May 2022 and will have full discretion to accept or reject abstracts. Their decision is final. Only accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Volume. The decision of the Program Committee will be notified by email in the last week of May 2022 ONLY upon presentation (= called by name) of the contact email entered in the online submission tool.
EASD does not seek permission from those who wish to reproduce images of graphs/data in their report. Failure to obtain permission and provide proof thereof, as well as failure to provide proper verification, will constitute copyright infringement.
The organizer has the right to cancel the contract in whole or in part and cancel the Annual Meeting if both performances are impossible due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its responsibility including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts

For the onsite Print Center, third parties must bring printed copies directly to the onsite Print Center.
All press materials must comply with the EASD embargo policy by clearly stating the time and date of the embargo in accordance with the presentation at the Annual Meeting. The embargo company undertakes to ensure that the embargo is distributed only to journalists who comply with EASD’s embargo policies.
EASD can only issue Letters of Invitation to registered attendees and upon payment of the registration fee. This document does not imply any commitment on the part of EASD to waive registration fees or provide financial support.
Registrations can be submitted to your account until September 2, 2022, 23:59 CEST. After this date, your online group account will be closed and any further registration can only be done through the personal registration process or at the registration counters located in Stockholm.
