In the past, late Thanksgiving to mid-December was the ideal time for this. All scenarios listed above are representative examples only. Individual days have their quirks; The wait may be shorter than expected on a “busy” day or longer than expected on a “least crowded” day.

Should I Avoid The Parks On Most Crowded Days?
Orlando, Florida is known for its pleasant weather. However, there are some seasonal differences that you may want to keep in mind when booking your Disney vacation. For example, August is historically the hottest month, and January is the coldest.
July is usually the wettest month and June has the most hours of sunshine. The best time to go to Disney World depends on many factors, including the weather, what time frame fits your busy schedule, and of course, how much the theme parks will be.
After all, who likes to wait in long lines to enjoy rides? That’s why it’s essential to make reservations in advance to secure your spot at some of Disney’s finest dining options. Some restaurants are more difficult to book, and traveling at peak times means there will be more demand for full dining options.
We recommend placing advance dining orders as soon as possible (60 days out). runDisney races, on the other hand, bring much larger crowds to all levels of the resorts and because the races are held outside of regular park hours, the impact is greater.

We do our best to provide the most up-to-date and accurate forecasts so you know what to expect when you arrive at Disney World. Sometimes the surf is moderate, especially at Caribbean Beach and Coronado Springs, but the main effects (such as overcrowded buses and crowded restaurants) are guaranteed to be felt at the 3 All-Star resorts.

If you plan to visit at a time of year when there is a cheerleading competition, dance or other sporting event, we recommend that you try to book a room at one of the hosts. The main host stations are usually the 3 All-Star stations (All-Star Sports, All-Star Movies and All-Star Music).
If you want to visit Walt Disney World to see the holiday decorations, there are still better days than others. Keep in mind that even if they are “better”, they will likely be busier than what you’ve experienced on those days in years past.
