Iu 2022 Calendar – Meeting details will be emailed to student leaders and council members prior to the meeting. Send new council and chapter officer information to [email protected] to help ensure we have an up-to-date list of union representatives. This conference meets during the second half of the semester.

The classes will be intensive, covering 14 weeks of material in just 7 weeks. See above for why it is still called 8-week session II. All organizations interested in hosting a senior representative during the fall semester and/or an event with more than 500 must submit an interest form by September 1st.

This program, which is only used for graduate courses, will be more intensive than the 15-week program, since the same information will be given in 13 weeks. The OSFL Greek Leadership Academy will be held on January 21, 2022

All resident advisors and house managers should plan to attend this workshop, where we will provide an overview of OSFL policies, initiatives, student support, and campus resources. Meeting details will be sent directly to resident advisors and housing managers.

If you are an Advisor not receiving emails, please contact [email protected]. Although no longer under COVID-19 restrictions, the IU Southeast campus has maintained several appointments made during the pandemic. Instructors could choose which courses to offer in which programs.

Although minor adjustments are always necessary as we monitor student enrollment activity, the Class of August 2022 Schedule is being updated. Students should choose courses based on academic needs and the sequence of courses, but they should also take into account the dates of course meetings, the teaching style and the depth of the academic calendar.

OSFL understands that there are situations where members face financial difficulties or have specific circumstances and/or needs that need to be considered. In these cases, students charged the Greek Fee for the Fall semester may submit a fee waiver request.

Information about the Greek Fee and the Fee Fee Application Process is detailed on our website. Greek citizens’ organizations must update their citizen lists to Groups by August 15th. Instructions for doing this will be given to Chapter Leaders and Chapter Advisors for Greek citizens’ organizations.

If you have any questions, please email [email protected]. All chapter presidents and advisors should plan to attend the Fall 2023 meeting where OSFL will provide an overview of the Admissions and Social Events Policy. All organizations should send a representative to the policy meeting and contact their Chapter Coach to schedule a re-enrollment meeting.

Fall

Information about the Greek Fee and the Fee Fee Application Process is detailed on our website. As described in the University Recognized Housing Policy, Greek organizations whose members live in “University Recognized Housing” must provide proof of their General Liability insurance, which must meet the conditions identified in the Housing Policy

In University Admissions, at OSFL. Greek organizations may not hold events until these documents are submitted to OSFL. All affiliates and affiliates who conduct memberships/new memberships must submit this form prior to conducting any recruiting activities.

The start and end dates of your new member’s education program, as well as the start date, should be included. As a reminder, all new members must be initiated within six weeks of starting their membership education program.

The academic calendar of the IU School of Medicine MD Program varies by training phase. Items marked with an asterisk are holidays for students who roll in the polls. Students rotating in required positions or sub-internships may have clinical shifts during the holidays.

Spring Academic Calendar

Event notifications for all Homecoming Week events are due by 11:59 p.m.
All chapter leaders should review the OSFL Community Events Policy and their Council policies before issuing event notices. This is the only study that meets the entire semester, 14 weeks of study followed by a week of exams.

It is a regular, or “regular” program. Classes can be any category, or a combination of asynchronous or synchronous individual instruction. Citizens’ associations in Greece must update their citizen lists to Groups by January 6. Instructions for doing this will be given to Chapter Leaders and Chapter Advisors for Greek citizens’ organizations.

The 2022 Sorority and Fraternity Wellness Summit is a focused event where community members can come together to discuss a variety of health and prevention issues. Representatives of each organization will connect and identify their interests and needs for health and wellness resources.

Food and beverages will be provided, and the event will conclude with a Wellness Fair highlighting various facilities around the IU Campus. Classes in this course can be in any teaching style, but will only meet for the first half of the semester.

This information will be used to collect community data to show the impact Sorority and Fraternity students have on our community during the Spring semester. Chapter presidents were given templates to help collect the data needed for this survey if it is not collected regularly.
