My 2023 Word – As I journal, it seems that God is putting a lid on some unhealthy behavior patterns I have…my strength is revealing the version of myself that will be more loving and successful based on people or situations

even if it means writing. down or deny what I actually feel. Especially uncomfortable feelings like anger, sadness, and fear. Whatever I do next year, I want to have fun in the process. I like to do things to the point where I stress myself out trying to get to the finish line.

I think it is the cause of many of my stress-related health problems. And even though I’ve definitely learned how to slow down a little (Led, Not Driven changed my life. The book comes out in a few weeks!!), I haven’t fully learned how to slow down.

Your Word Of The Year?

and happiness in there. process. Once you have decided on your word of the year, decide how to keep it in the forefront of your mind. “Bloom” is the most successful word of the year because I write it on every page of my diary and every month in my calendar.

You can also make a year’s worth of screenshots on your computer or mobile phone – both. Keep your words in mind and serve to inspire and motivate you throughout the year. Great post and congratulations on your expansion!

Continued success to you and your team. I love your word for 2023 and the meaning behind it. My words were weak. I need to fix some health concerns and flexibility will definitely help in that area.

On another note, sometimes it can be hard to think of myself when it comes to calling something, whether it’s a home improvement project, report to work, eating/working out, trying something new, etc. I can guide very detailed.

and a rule follower so I learn to accept “good enough” and move on. As I share my 2023 goals tomorrow, I’ll share how I plan to have fun (in the process) while working on them this year.

It’s one of the best parts of the 2023 plan because it doesn’t make me feel like I need to wait until I’m done to rest or enjoy the life God has given me. In the 14 years that I have chosen a word for each year, my life has definitely changed for the better. Some of my previous words have proven to be very empowering – BRAVE, SEE and OPEN are all powerful words that have helped me create change in my life.

Other words didn’t help: Compassion, for example, was a bit of a cop-out in 2011. NOURISH supported me through surgery in 2015 and a long recovery afterward. In 2016 LOVE is the only possible word for a year of a life-changing family emergency.

A Word Of The Year May Put Things In Motion But It’s Up To You To Rise To The What Your Word Of The Year Puts In Motion

Even in the past few weeks since I’ve been having fun, I’ve noticed myself enjoying little things with more joy and whisy. I noticed myself easily accepting the technique instead of fighting to swim as fast as possible.

This is not an easy practice for me – slow down, stop, listen – but it is one that God gently calls me back to (time and time again). I will probably still struggle to be in a quiet place with God, wanting to hear his still small voice, but a year engaged in this struggle seems worth the pursuit.

So what is my 2023 word for the year? I am still working in the process. On my 2023 list so far they are “safe” (good but not impressive enough) and “good” (strong contender). Time to get the thesaurus out, I think.

Where 2022 was about expanding, going out, and spreading my reach, 2023 will be about going deeper and adding more substance, color and vibrancy to all that I have created; a year that I can not only reap and enjoy the fruits of my hard work from the past year, but that I will also be able to plant again on the fertile ground that is in front of me now.

Your Best Positive Word For The Year List

Cape diem! 2023 will be a wonderful year. Why is it important to DO (IN the process)? Because God has me here for a reason and I refuse to keep pushing my way to the finish line before it’s time.

On the contrary, I will be happy, because I trust in the Lord completely. And it’s a little scary to type because I don’t know what this year is, but I know for a fact that I will make it difficult and stressful if I forget this precious lesson.

I still know that this can be a “big year” on paper and I can still handle it with fear and dread until I feel safe enough to celebrate. Oh my, I have a lot of work to do.

But I feel the goodness of God in waking me from this blind place and giving me love and friends and companions and tools to help me in the way of guidance and recovery plan of our Church.

In our weekly Fellowship meetings, we are not allowed to “talk” after someone shares, meaning we are not allowed to respond or hug someone or pray for him or them. There was a lot of silence.

Moments that involve feeling the weight of another person’s emotional experience and being in it with them. It’s really hard for me. It’s heavy. And so tired. I usually have what I call an “emotional hangover” the next day because I used up so much emotional energy the night before.

A Recap Of Living My Word Of The Year In Expansion

Good site! I really like how easy it is on my eyes and the data are well written. I was wondering how I can be notified when a new post is made. I have subscribed to your feed that must do the trick!

Have a nice day! That picture? It was a reminder of when Tyler and I got engaged and went with his Branson family. We went to a water park, something I haven’t done in years. As I went down a big water slide, I laughed and felt like the biggest kid!!

It was sweet white. I honestly think my life offers more opportunities for happiness than I realize, but I tend to focus too much on the trips I really enjoy! So here’s more times to laugh in the tunnels instead of waiting for a big splash!

Thank you very much for your email. Just today March I first committed myself to my daily quiet time, found a dollar bill on my morning commute and found my husband’s work contract on day 90. But the most important thing is that he stops

for me that God always gives. In a previous post I wrote about “Convenience Truth,” my research suggests that most people do lie, and while it’s a developmental norm for children to lie, it’s also something we’re supposed to grow up with.

It’s good. Maybe one day. “It’s very well written and fresh (and those beautiful pictures too). There are so many ‘interesting’ articles in my inbox. Your love letters always bring a smile. I always enjoy taking the time to read them. Read them and

very carefully.” — Iona, United States Second, I think about 2023 – what I want to do, what I want to focus on, how I want the year to feel. I will document all of this.

Finally, I will make a list of words related to all these things and then I start the process of listing. I like to have a dictionary handy at this point. And sooner or later you will make your way to your word of the year.

It can also help to do this exercise with a friend and bounce words back and forth to help you narrow it down. Oh Martha, I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed this post and found it to be a timely snack.

God is so good! Spawning is a rather new concept to me, but I can honestly say that it has changed the role I play in relationships for the better. From a carrier to carry other goods easily.

And the freedom and blessings that flowed from this were nothing short of life changing. I’m excited for what the Spirit will stir in your soul as you learn more about standing space! Much love to you, friend!

My relationship with uncomfortable emotions was virtually non-existent. Because I just don’t watch with them. But not with them, there is a price. A prize in my most precious relationship. Lack of dependence on God and interdependence on others.

We lack the depth of relationship and intimacy that can come from fully expressing our full range of emotions with a safe and loving witness. While Wilson said the bear market rally still has room to run, he has been bearish on stocks for months and called this year’s move a “bull trap” for investors.

Earlier, he said that stocks are in the “death zone” as inflation will remain sticky and rates will press higher, which could cause stocks to fall 26% in the coming months. And you know what else?

I realized how prayer is a big part of the joy of the process. As I was changing clothes from the washer to the dryer just before bed (which is when it seemed like the biggest disaster) I began to praise God as I remembered my new word.

The perfect way to be happy is to praise God for the intervening moments and ask Him for continued satisfaction and patience in waiting. Think about it: What if we are happy with the answers to prayers that ar
e not yet fully fulfilled?

SPACE is a good word of the year because it has many facets. There is a lot of potential for dramatic meaning. I feel compelled to put it into action even now, 11 days from the end of 2022, and just leave room for possibility and not fill it with preconceived notions.

Oh Theresa, I’m so sorry to hear about your husband’s contract being terminated. And I am very grateful for the way you see God showing up and His truth and His promise to provide even in this difficult time.

Send a hug your way! What makes a fire Buris space between the logs, a space to breathe. Too much of what is good, too many bottles packed in too tight can put out the fire like a water seal will. Therefore, the fire buildings

requires attention to the space between, as much as in wood. Technology and meme stocks are still in the grip of a legendary rally, and some names look poised to lose as much as 20% of their value in a correction, according to Morgan Stanley chief stock analyst Mike Wilson.

One of my favorite parts of thinking and praying during the new year is choosing a word of the year (WOTY). I don’t take it too seriously and it’s definitely not about showing off something crazy.

It’s something I want to keep in mind or grow in the new year. What about you? Do you do that? What will your word of the year be? I’d love to hear and maybe record your thoughts on how you’re living this year with the newly released Word of the Year journal.
