The heads of state and government are gathering at the UN headquarters in New York to monitor and review the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). They will conduct a comprehensive review of the status of the SDGs, respond to the impact of multiple and interlocking crises facing the world, and provide high-level policy guidance on transformative and accelerated actions to achieve the 2030 goals.
