Town Of Huntington Recycle Calendar – The Town of Huntington has a free E-Waste drop off at the Recycling Center located at 641 New York Avenue, Huntington, New York, 11743. Available Tuesday through Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. In addition to all devices under the law, cell phones will be accepted for recycling in electronics.
Small electrical appliances (eg vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, curling irons, toasters, toaster ovens, mixers, slow cookers, clothes irons, etc.) are not accepted for recycling in this process. The HAZMAT facility recycles many items in addition to colorful light bulbs.

The fluorescent bulb system was upgraded to a new technology in 2016 that makes recycling bulbs safer for workers and the environment.
