Skip to contentUsd 437 Calendar – Washburn Rural High School students recently participated in their annual art night. The event was organized by the Stephen Smith Gallery for the second year. Nineteen students from WRHS joined students from Seaman High School. Each student created two paintings inspired by the show, the theme, “Transition: Point A to Point B.”
Special openings are planned for the work to be presented. In addition, each student will present an additional piece created outside of the closing event. The National Weather Service is now predicting 1″ to 4″ of snow overnight into the morning along with high winds in the greater Topeka area.

As a precaution, we are changing the time of the parent conference starting on Thursday, February 16th from 8:00 am to noon. This will give local crews time to plow and repair roads and give Auburn-Washburn crews time to plow and repair parking lots and sidewalks.
