The Grade Point Average (GPA) is calculated for all transfer college courses taken by the student, whether passed, failed, or retaken. The Admissions Office will use the university’s standard figures found in the University’s Rules and Regulations when calculating GPAs for transfer performance.

Transfer Application Procedures
Requests made after the deadline will not be considered. Application fee. A $75 non-refundable fee is required for each application for homeschool admission. (Undergraduate tuition for short-term enrollment, enrollment for visiting summer students is $60.) Tuition waivers based on financial need are available.
International applicants (those who are not US citizens or permanent residents) must submit a non-refundable $90 fee. Exceptions are not available for international applicants. Readmission Following Military Service
Disputed Credits: If the college refuses to accept transfer credits earned at another Texas university, the student and the sending institution will be notified in writing that the transfer credits are denied. In the event of any objection to non-transfer of credit, the college will attempt to resolve the matter between the student and the sending institution in accordance with applicable Texas Higher Education Regulatory Commission rules and guidelines.
If the dispute is not resolved to the satisfaction of the student or the sending institution within 45 days of the initial notification, the University will inform the Board of Directors of the denial of transfer credit and the reasons for denial.
The Joint Committee will resolve the dispute and notify the parties of the outcome. Degree holder.
