Electronic copies of the appropriate numbers are made available to university and high school principals, guidance counselors, college and university libraries, public and private high schools, and students enrolled in North Carolina institutions of higher education.

However, as soon as the COVID-19 situation changes, students are expected to return to campus to complete their on-site program in a regular way of learning approved by WSCUC and described in the University Catalog.
