Each set of movements lasts 4-5 minutes. That said, this workout isn’t for everyone. Most sources I’ve read say you should be in good shape before doing this program. Even Shawn T himself recommends consulting your doctor before showing up in “Colastic Depth.”

However, I have decided to ignore all of this completely and approach the madness from a beginner’s point of view, and with little more than pain. For the first few days I’m fine. In the end, only you can decide.
