Creating Opportunities For Everyone

Penn State is launching a new id+ card to promote the university’s digital campus initiative in support of One Penn State 2025. The new campus card will feature an updated design and several new campus-specific features that will create a user-friendly digital experience for the Penn State community.

Penn State Harrisburg’s annual Mukund S. Kulkarni Cultural Series brings national and international performances to campus, allowing the community to experience diverse cultures through the arts. Students at Penn State Abington are encouraged to follow their own unique path to success through internship, volunteer and global engagement programs. A number of student organizations provide social interaction, community involvement and development as a leader.

The Abington campus is located a few minutes north of Philadelphia in a suburban setting. All Penn State residential campuses will host Swipe Out Hunger in observance of Earth Week 2022. During the week of April 18-22, students have the option to donate $5, $10 or $15 to the Student Emergency Fund when paying for their meal

at any dining location or via Penn State Eats mobile ordering. Penn State launched its new mobile id+ card, which allows students to use their iPhone, Apple Watch or Android device to access campus housing and transact easily and securely across the university.

Penn State Brandywine hosts a variety of academic and multicultural services designed to promote the value of diversity and meet the academic, social, professional and lifestyle needs of the following populations. Penn State Brandywine Philadelphia has an extremely diverse student population just miles from Philadelphia.

Penn State Abington offers 24 baccalaureate degrees and 2 associate degrees that can be completed at Penn State Abington. Almost all of Penn State’s more than 275 undergraduate programs can begin at Penn State Abington as part of the 2+2 project.

Penn State Schuylkill offers a robust undergraduate experience and prepares students through research, faculty mentoring, and experiential learning through civic and community engagement, and a co-op program that combines career development with full-time work experience. .

With more than 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students, Behrend is among the largest of the Penn State campuses—but small class sizes ensure that students connect with award-winning faculty. In addition to its own events, ACE collaborates with many other student organizations to help make the events a success.

Penn State Great Valley offers graduate and professional development programs to help students take the next step in their careers. The Great Valley campus conveniently offers master’s degrees, graduate certificates, professional development programs, corporate training and conference services less than 30 miles from Philadelphia.

For example: I have an accepted double room, traditional housing HFS contract. I am interested in a suite, so I am adding my name to the “Nittany Hall Suites Waiting List”. When a suite is available for me, the staff will transfer me to the suite option.

If online room selection is available to me, I will be able to choose a suite instead of a traditional residence. Students who can participate in online room selection will receive an email reminder with more detailed instructions before the start of the selection period.

The election period can also be found in the contract summary on eLiving and posted online. No, the application process for housing at eLiving is reserved for current freshmen and upperclassmen. Incoming first-year and transfer students may select on-campus housing, if available, when they accept their offer of admission through MyPennState or by adding their name to the on-campus housing waitlist.

Celebrating diversity with annual events is a rich part of Penn State York’s campus culture. Making Chinese lanterns during the Lunar New Year celebrations is part of ongoing cultural activities that extend the learning experience beyond the classroom.

Perched on a hill overlooking the historic city of York in south-central Pennsylvania, Penn State York offers programs to meet the needs of local students, international students and the community. Online room selection (or self-assignment) is an option for current students and first-year cohorts to log into e-living and select the specific room they wish to live in. This option may not be offered to all groups or on every campus.

Students who are unable to participate in online room selection are enrolled in a contract preference and are assigned by staff. At Penn State Abington, we provide students with a traditional college environment with all the resources of a larger university.

The campus is located on 45 wooded acres in the beautiful suburbs of Abington, just 15 miles north of Center City, Philadelphia.
