Piyo Workout Calendar – The PiYo Basic training calendar starts on Monday, but you can choose any day of the week to start, just make sure you follow the training schedule with the fifth day off. Before I met Kim and Kale about 6 years ago, I had hit a plateau and was feeling very depressed.

I was doing all the ‘right’ things and still wasn’t seeing results. The girls introduced me to a whole new world of exercise! With their guidance and encouragement, I found the workout I wanted and never looked back!

Both calendars include 6 workouts per week, and they range from focused areas like buns to fluid routines like soaking. The basic calendar is perfect for your first round, and then you can always push harder in your second round with the strength calendar.
