Tcspp Academic Calendar – Test sets may be used at practice locations provided they are used for educational purposes only. Our kits cannot be used for profit. The assessment must be supervised by a licensed clinical or school psychologist under the auspices of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Curriculum managers should contact the university library and provide the number of test sets required for course evaluation at least one month before the start of the new semester. If the required number of sets is not available, the Curriculum Manager must develop a plan with their faculty partners to develop an efficient program for juggling sets between their departments.

The University Library will check the stability of the program and may make changes for more convenient use. Additionally, students must be located near one of the university’s library branches (Chicago, Southern California, or Washington, DC) to use our sets during their internship.
Practicum Site Usage
The library does not mail or otherwise send our test materials. As a reminder, anyone who uses test kits in violation of educational regulations or agreements is subject to ethical action and possible legal action by injured parties.
Misuse of kits by students, faculty/staff will be referred to their respective departments for action. Again, oversight of student use of test kit materials rests with authorized site administrators and faculty to ensure ethical use of the kits.

Students who wish to resume their classes after being disqualified for non-payment will be charged a reinstatement fee. For more information about taxes, see the Taxes and Fees section of this directory. The University Library sends notices to faculty chairs and faculty during the budget process in February.
In addition, the University Library sends notice two months prior to the start date of each semester to obtain updated information on departmental needs for test kit supplies. If no department or faculty responds to these requests, students on assessment courses will only receive 2 sets of predefined modules/supplies.
All departments are expected to provide the University Library with expected test kits (including consumables/forms required for assessment courses) in February during the budget planning process for the following fiscal year. Providing this information in a timely manner will help the library ensure that there are enough materials to meet the needs of the curriculum.

Professional guidelines established by APA and review publishers limit use and access to materials to qualified individuals.
