What started as an unexpected Freshman 50 turned into one of the most successful professional careers of all time. After gaining weight in college, Shawn T switched to an exercise science major and quickly rediscovered his lifelong passion for fitness.

We are a loving family living on a small farm and trying to stay healthy. We are not fitness fanatics, and we try to keep things simple, especially given how busy our lives are. We have a few horses, a few dogs and a little girl with a big family.

I’ve already tackled p90X and crazy and I’m ready for the next big challenge. Make sure the shelter will be right. The second thing I look forward to is the food guide. We all know that every exercise program out there requires good nutrition.

Lucky for us, Beachbody programs often have a meal plan with recipes. Shelter is no exception. The last thing I was really looking forward to was the hybrid sports calendar. Sure, we can all throw a few workouts together and call it a hybrid, and there are plenty of beach workouts.
