Uh Hilo Academic Calendar

Uh Hilo Academic Calendar – DKICP’s class schedule operates on a two-semester schedule, which is different from UH Hilo’s general schedule. DKICP fall semester runs from July 1 – December 31, 2022 (UH Hilo fall semester runs from August 22 – December 16, 2022).

DKICP spring semester runs from January 1 to June 30, 2023 (UH Hilo spring semester runs from January 9 to May 12, 2023). The didactic portion of the DKICP curriculum reflects the general schedule of UH Hilo.

However, depending on a student’s grade level, the Pharmacy Practice Experience (PPE) portion of the DKICP curriculum may fall outside of these traditional dates. First year pharmacy students (P1) and second year pharmacy students (P2) will have IPPE rotations in the summer.
