Is T Ok For Beginners?

The T25 workout program is divided into 3 phases: Alpha Phase, Test Phase and Gamma Phase. Each phase includes different exercises that challenge your muscles throughout the program. The home exercise program is 10 weeks in which you complete 25 minutes of exercise 5 or 6 days a week.

The Focus T25 is not for the faint of heart. This high-intensity, high-intensity workout runs for 25 minutes without a break. You work each major muscle group one at a time. no rest. Even experienced exercisers can be out of breath after a few minutes.

T Workout Calendar

How Often Should You Do T?

It helps build muscle that uses blood sugar more efficiently than fat. The more muscle you have, the more energy you use. This also lowers blood sugar levels. Your treatment plan should be adjusted accordingly, so check with your doctor.
