Gisd Calendar 2022 – The City of Galveston and the GISD Police Department will present valuable opioid and fentanyl overdose information and vaping awareness information from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 4, in the high school auditorium. Since student safety is always our district’s highest priority, GISD wants to encourage all parents, staff members, and community members who are able to participate.
The classes, part of the school’s Media Arts and Digital Technology Community, offer students in grades 9 through 12 opportunities to gain first-hand digital photography experience in a variety of ways, including photographing district and community events.
