Fan Hall was initially locked with chains Sunday night, but students removed them Monday due to fire safety concerns. Connecticut College admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities provided or available to all students at the College.
Educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletics, and other college-administered programs shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin. Student registration occurs on the 21st day after the start of the course, when the work is completed.

The CSCU joint calendar is based on the current Collective Bargaining Agreement and will be revised based on changes in future negotiations. In 1939, the inaugural season marked this benefit, drawing crowds to hear the famous baritone John Charles Thomas, the famous Ballet Russe of Monte Carlo, the great Russian violinist Ephraim Zimbalist, the English pianist and Bach scholar Wanda Landowska, and Austrian Kolich.

Lemon’s most famous work, The Peacock, was exhibited at Connecticut College in 1949. Coach Keldrick McKinney is from Dallas, Texas and is entering his third year as the track/field coach at Paul Queen College. After one year as an assistant head coach under Coach Moritz West, Coach McKinney was approached by James “Zip” Summers, Paul Quinn’s legendary athletics director.
The calendar lists religious holidays that coincide with the school year calendar and influences class meetings. When a religious holiday does not affect the class schedule and makes adjustments to college operations (such as Ramadan), the community will receive an email notification from the Office of Religious and Spiritual Programs with details of meal and time policies.
The program has grown rapidly from 3 to now 25 student-athletes under the leadership of Coach McKinney. In the second year of the Red River Athletic Conference Track and Field Championships, the Paul Quinn Tigers had two athletes finish in the top ten.

The Common Calendar is a regular calendar that identifies the regular fall and spring academic terms for seventeen Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCUs). Additional meetings may be scheduled at the discretion of each agency. Espinosa was also the head coach of the EYBL and 17U Drive Nation, founded by former NBA star Jermaine O’Neal.

Coach McKinney earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Prairie A&M University. After graduation, he opened a training center that trains hundreds of athletes. This gave the coach the background and experience to flourish later. Coach McKinney’s students are not only successful in competition, but in the classroom as well.
Coach McKinney’s team averages above 3.0 gpa. Students initially plan to occupy three administrative buildings, including Fanning Hall, Baker House Advance Office and Horizon House, and the college’s admissions office, he said. The following two Sunday evenings are locked, but the lecture hall is open.
Connecticut College was the first college in the nation to offer full degrees in music and art. When Virginia and Theodora Palmer left a bequest to build a hall in her father’s honor in 1936, President Katharine Blunt first engineered another.
He hired the New York architectural firm of Shreve, Lamb and Harmon to design the 1,000-plus-person auditorium, famous for completing the Empire State Building. CSCU also has a joint academic calendar: important dates for all 17 institutions in the Connecticut State College and University System (2017-2022) and a calendar of MxCC events that may not be on the campus academic calendar.
Coach Michael Delgado has been coaching at the collegiate level since 2009. He began his coaching career at Howard Pine University and soon became a collegiate football player. He started as a student coach and became an assistant after graduating with a degree in Spanish.
In 2015, Coach Delgado returned to Dallas to serve as an assistant coach for the men’s and women’s soccer programs at Paul Queen College, and in 2017 became the head coach of the women’s team. He served as the men’s assistant coach from 2015 to 2021.
In high school, Camille won the Associated Press NC Player of the Year and the Miss Basketball Award (Class 3A; 2003). Kamil was also named the Charlotte Observer Player of the Year and the NC Gatorade Player of the Year (2002 and 2003).
In 2001, Camille shared Carver High School Player of the Year honors, helping her team to a 30-0 record and a national championship. Kamil was a three-time all-state selection and averaged 20.2 points and 11.1 rebounds per game in high school.
During his high school career, he scored a career-high 2,168 points, was a McDonald’s High School All-American and participated in the 2002 USA Basketball Youth Development Festival. Kamil was named the Piedmont Triangle Conference and Piedmont
Triangle Player of the Year four years in a row.

Last season, Coach Espinosa and the Tigers went 7-25 from last year and went 26-22 (12-2 RRAC) in 19 games. Coach Espinosa led the Tigers to the school’s first USCAA Men’s Division 1 National Championship and third national championship in school history from 2021-2022.
The Tigers also won the Red River Athletic Conference West (RRAC) regular season championship for the first time since joining the conference in 1998. . In 2021, Coach Delgado took over the men’s program and led the team to their 3rd consecutive USCAA National Championship appearance (highest in school history) and a 3rd place finish.
Hundreds of students gathered in a large lecture hall on the college’s South Campus on Saturday afternoon to discuss plans to “take over” faculty buildings. The “Unlink” action is coordinated with the Student Equity vote. Prior to coaching, Smith played professionally for 10 seasons internationally and 12 seasons in the WNBA before retiring in 2019.
Smith was drafted by the San Antonio Silver Stars in the 2007 WNBA Draft. Prior to the start of the 2008 WNBA season, Smith was selected in the Atlanta Dream Expansion Draft before being traded to the 2010 champion Seattle Hurricanes!
Smith ended his career by being traded to the Connecticut Sun in 2015 and then to the Phoenix Mercury in 2017. According to sophomore Ian Hopkins, the junior team successfully made it into Fan Hall. By 11:14 a.m., 28 students were inside the building using chains to lock door handles at three entry points.
NEW LONDON — About 30 students at Connecticut State University have stormed the school’s main administration building, protesting institutional equity and the firing of former principal Rodmon King. The students heard the horn and went outside to find out what was going on.
Some went to the west parking lot, others to Fanning Hall, where the lights were Monday morning. Although the team’s collective effort was the determining factor in their success, several outstanding individuals led them to court.
Coach Brandon Espinosa was named USCAA National Coach of the Year. Additionally, senior forward Spencer McIlvey was named USCAA 1st Team All-American, USCAA All-Tournament Team and RRAC 2nd Team All-Conference. Sophomore forward Trevoin Shaw was named USCAA 1st Team All-America, USCAA All-Tournament Team and RRAC 1st Team All-Conference.
Sophomore guard Ja’mare Redus earned USCAA Tournament MVP as well as USCAA 2nd Team All-America honors. Sophomore Torron Mingo Jr. earned USCAA Academic All-American honors. Incoming guard Caleb Thompson won the RRAC Champion Award. Now, decades later, welcome to Palmer Hall for a grand opening season that showcases the legacy of the new Ate Center’s grandeur in a beautifully renovated hall.

The West Campus parking lot was locked down at 11 a.m. Dozens of students began honking their car horns to disrupt campus security, while others locked themselves in Fan Hall for five days. The Eagles are the No. 1 seed at the USCAA Nationals and have won 3 games.
There were seven ties and ten lead changes in the championship game. After trailing by four points at 38-34 at halftime, Bryant and Stratton took a 67-65 lead with 6:33 left in the game. Henry Hampton hit a jumper a minute later to give Paul Quinn a 10-0 lead for the Tigers.
Ja’Mare Redus led PQC with 18 points, while Hampton finished with 17 points. Spencer McElwee had 12 points, Jaime Reedus had 11 points off the bench, Stephen Tynes added seven points and nine assists. She currently coaches at 360 Volleyball Club in Arlington, Texas.
Coach Gonzalez brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Paul Queen College volleyball program. She served five seasons as an assistant women’s volleyball coach at Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee. While at the University of Phoenix, Coach Gonzalez served as an Admissions Counselor and Director of International Student Services for the Board of Admissions.
He also studied at Howard University in Washington, D.C. worked as director of minority advocacy in the admissions department. She was recently selected for the Big XII Reach & Volleyball Diversity Program. Coach Patrick Gonzalez was born in Fort Worth, Texas.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology with an emphasis in criminal justice from Texas Wesleyan University. Also M.Ed. in sports management from Concordia University in Austin, Texas. He has been coaching volleyball for over 13 years.
He coached at the high school, club and collegiate levels. In an email to the college community Monday morning, Bergeron said the college supports students’ right to peaceful protest and that members of the administration “will continue to engage in constructive dialogue with student leaders as we address the important issues we have raised.”
Coach Delgado, Dallas, Mesquite Poteet High School MVP and All-State graduate. He earned a master’s degree in coaching and athletics administration from Concordia University. He lives on campus in Highland Hills and lives by the motto #AlwaysRefuse2Lose every day.
Internationally, Smith played for many teams in Israel (2015 Israel League Champions) and China. He also played for Turkey, Limassol, Syracuse, Ragusa, Sicily (2016 Cup winners), Lebanon (2017 Arab Cup winners), France Montpellier and Italy’s Venezia (2018 European Cup winners).
