Insane Workout was first released in 2009 and has slowly grown to become the title of “Hardest Workout on DVD”. The Insanity Program is an intense cardio workout program that will have you rocking out of the comfort of your own home in 60 days.

Thanks for the calendar! I was wondering where I can get an extended calendar so I can work in some crazy workout sessions? Or is this the only calendar you’ve written? This is definitely not a workout for beginners and should only be attempted if you have some form of exercise and fitness.

I love the P90X workouts, but I find the cardio in P90X to be too easy. So I took all the cardio out of P90X and replaced them with Insanity workouts and created the Insanity Plan P90X mix.
Check it out if you like. There are 10 exercises in the Crazy program. Each routine takes 30 hours and an hour to complete, and you do them 6 hard days a week. During the 60-day program, you will change your workout plan frequently.
Crazy workouts are powerful, but it still takes some time to see any results. You can use the following rule of thumb: It will take a month to see your body change. It will take about two months for your loved ones to see changes.
