Who Is Insanity For?

I was the only one who found the game boring. Like Insanity Max 30, you train 5 times a week, but you have 2 workouts a day. So you can do a double or 6x workout instead.

Each game lasts 25 minutes. + There are different results depending on the start, goals and efforts. Exercise and proper diet are essential to achieving and maintaining weight loss and muscle definition. The information shown has used more than one Beachbody product or extension program to achieve its maximum results.

My husband and I went through the full 60 days of the Beach Body Insanity schedule and we both had amazing results. In the first month training is about 45 minutes, then after two months games are usually 50 to 60 minutes.

In fact, the exercises are some of the hardest cardio I’ve ever done in my life, but it’s an amazing feeling to be on a crazy schedule / crazy calendar every 60 days. It’s going to be tough…but stick to your Insanity game no matter what!

Insanity Max

Before meeting Kim and Callie, I struggled with my fitness goals. I was going to start strong, but I just didn’t stay on track. With their encouragement and support, I have not only stayed on track, but am now helping others achieve their fitness and health goals!
