JMU has announced that there will be no spring break week in March. Instead, there will be two days during the semester when classes will not meet, but university offices will remain open. Those dates are Wednesday 17 February and Thursday 8 April.

Note that Ramadan falls this year from March 22 to April 21. Muslim students observing Ramadan will fast from dawn to dusk during the last month of the academic year. Please extend as much flexibility as possible to these students.
