Joel Freeman Fitness Hybrid Calendar – I love mixes like this because it shows you some of the older programs on the platform which are awesome! Just because something has been around for 10 years doesn’t mean it’s any less amazing than something that came out last week.

Turbo Jam is one of my favorite workouts, and it’s also one of the earliest that Beachbody came out with. LIIFT4 is Joel Freeman’s new workout available on Beachbody on demand when you purchase early access.

This is an interesting mix, mainly because of the different personalities. Autumn Calabrese is a no-nonsense trainer who will motivate you with her workouts. Sagi is… I don’t have the words for this guy, but he’s strong and knows what he’s talking about.

Piyo Px Hybrid Workout

If lifting weights is just your thing, try this. Ok, if you only have 30 minutes a day and you want a medium intensity workout, then consider this combination of PiYo and P90X3. PiYo is an exercise that combines yoga and pilates without equipment.

It’s a functional exercise, so much of the movement is with your body weight, and like the barbell, it doesn’t leave you completely tired when it’s done. LIFT4 is another favorite Beachbody of mine. Joel Freeman is an incredible instructor and his training routines are innovative and challenging.

Again, these workouts are super fast because you focus on the choreography and follow the movements. It’s also a great standalone program for those who don’t have time to exercise every day. It’s only 4 days per week, so it’s totally doable for anyone with a tight schedule.

As I mentioned, lift 4 is a great program for combining weight lifting and HIIT training. When you combine that with the power of 6 weeks of work, you have a really great mix of hard work and not too hard.

Barre Blend Lift Hybrid Workout

P90X3 is the third program in all of Tony Horton’s P90 workouts. I like it because it encapsulates a lot of exercises in a short amount of time. Just 30 minutes at a time and you’ll feel like you’ve worked up a sweat in that short time.
