We could not do this very important work without the hardworking teachers, support staff, administrators, parents and community volunteers. The Clay Education Foundation is a non-profit organization that works directly with teachers and administration to improve public education in Clay County.

Learn Achieve Thrive
Parents must fill out an application to receive free or reduced meals. Remember that a new application must be completed before the new school year. We are pleased to announce that we will not be increasing meals for the 2022-2023 school year.
The price for a basic lunch is $2.25 and an extra lunch is $2.50. Breakfast will remain at $1.50. Visit your school’s website for free applications and low-cost information and to see if your child’s school participates in Community Eligibility Provisions or Universal Free Breakfast.

At Clay County School District, we take a proactive approach to safety and security in cooperation with the Clay County School District Police Department and surrounding law enforcement agencies.
We have spent the last few years improving our safety and security initiatives and strengthening our campuses so that all students and staff learn and work in a safe environment. I am excited to serve as Clay County Superintendent of Schools as we begin a new school year.
