P90x Workout Calendar – There are 4 P90X3 workout plans. Each training program offers cardio, resistance and the “classic” muscle confusion. All 4 P90X3 calendars (Lean, Mass, Classic and Doubles) are divided into 4 week “blocks”. The program is a total of 13 weeks.
