Sedalia 200 Calendar – Sedalia has always been at the center of things. Where the railroads once provided easy access to major cities, now the 50 and 65 freeways serve as bridges to the outlying areas. These roots converge here to make Sedalia the commercial and manufacturing center of the five counties.

No current event is more important than the opening of the Heckart Community Center in March 2022. This large-scale and high-quality project will serve as an example of what can be achieved when working

The building includes a fitness center, party rooms, an indoor playground and a childcare center. The addition of a commercial kitchen will make it the perfect home for the Sedalia Senior Center.
