Spring Calendar Stardew – Part of every season is preparation for the next season. Once summer arrives, all spring crops die. The only overlap in terms of crops is coffee beans. There will be fresh material to forage, but it will be over foraging in the spring (although regular mushrooms will return in the fall).
Spring is the first season in Stardev Valley. For all players, this is their first season to experience. Usually players use their first spring to organize their farm. This means clearing land, starting crops, and gathering many resources for expansion and construction.

Site of Stardev Valley. Parsnips are inexpensive and easy to maintain because they only take four days to grow. Players are guaranteed to make a net profit of at least 10 gold, so it’s worth dedicating some land to these essential crops.
Garlic
A quality crop pack requires five golden parsnips, which can be a pain to try and get. At farming level 1, players get basic compost, which only requires a little sap from cutting down trees. Applying fertilizer before planting parsnips increases the chances of a quality crop.
In spring, the grass is green. Trees are regaining leaves and flowers, and in some places pink petals are blowing in the wind. There are also a variety of crops, nutritious items and fish that appear only during this season.
The salmon season lasts from the 15th to the 18th of spring. When spring begins, new trees, rocks and grass appear on the farm. The items shown below can be found during spring foraging. The predicted percentages for each location are the percentage of all food patterns that are (on average) a listed item at that location.
[1] The event takes place on the 24th of spring, and gives the player the opportunity to dance with a bachelor or a girl to raise their affections. Talk to someone twice to invite them to the dance.

However, they refuse to dance if they have less than at least four hearts. Egg hunting is great, but don’t forget to buy as many strawberry seeds as you can. Each seed costs 100 gold and each crop it produces sells for 120 gold.
They take eight days to mature, but they regrow every four days, so you get more than one harvest. Although it is easy to use, don’t waste your time using a training rod as it can only find common fish.
Instead, after getting Willy’s letter on Spring 2, use the Bamboo Wire you get from him until you unlock the Fiberglass Wire or Iridium Wire. Strawberries make a good wine that can fetch a good price.

If a player already has barrels at their disposal, they should definitely prioritize turning strawberries into strawberry wine. By the way, making jelly from strawberries is a good way to increase their selling price. It is possible for one to get four hearts in the first year, but it will take dedication.
How To Fish In Stardew Valley Explained
Remember that the girls include Abigail, Emily, Haley, Leah, Mara, and Penny. The Bachelors include Alex, Elliot, Shane, Sebastian, Sam and Harvey. So, save the fodder dandelions, leeks, horseradish and daffodils for the spring forage bundle.
Grow at least one potato, cauliflower, parsnip and green bean per spring crop pack. Find and save five Golden Parsnips for a Quality Crops Pack. However, these flowers make the perfect gift and are great for boosting your friendship with certain villagers.
Evelyn likes tulips, and so do the other villagers. Most of the villagers like Blue Jazz, while only Clint, George, and Sebastian dislike them. Each save file in Stardive Valley contains only one of the legendary fish, so decide carefully what you want to do with yours – do you want to sell it for a good price or keep it for bragging rights?

See Crops page for complete calculation. They make up for it in profit, however, at 175 gold each, a profit of at least 95 normal quality gold. With very high quality iridium, they are worth 350 gold.
Having the Plowman profession helps with this as all crops are worth 10% more. There are ten fishing levels in total, each one giving you a new bonus – whether it’s a new crafting recipe or unlocking a new item.
The size of the green rectangle increases with your level in the fishing mini-game. The length of your throw is determined by the small bar that appears above your arm when you start this action. Inside this bar you can see a line moving back and forth from red to green.

Spring is the start of a new year and new beginnings. At Stardev Valley, it’s time to refresh and start over by planning your annual productivity. Mining, crafting hobbies, and animals aren’t the only ways to reap the rewards of your labor!
Players have to allocate space on the farm for their crops and harvest them to earn more income. A calendar is a useful item to hang on the wall. Right click to see festivals and birthdays for this season.
The calendar can be found near the “Help Wanted” sign to the left of the entrance to Pierce General Store. You can buy your own calendar at a carpentry shop and hang it on the wall in your country house.
The cost of the calendar is 2,000 gold. If you have purchased a furniture catalog, you can also view it for free. Spring should be dedicated to crafting as many kegs as possible, as kegs continue to make the best crafting items in the game, and summer crops are the most profitable.
The barrel requires oak resin, wood, copper rods and iron rods. A good way to prepare is to tap a pile of oak trees in the spring and visit the mines on lucky days. The fish tape contains the fish you are trying to catch, which moves up and down the tape at a speed that determines how difficult it is to catch.
This bar also has a green rectangle called the ‘fishing bar’ that you control. The trick to catching fish in Stardew Valley is learning their movement patterns. Some fish move very quickly, jumping up and down, while others move slowly before suddenly moving.
The more you fish, the more you will get used to this rhythm and the easier it will be to fish. Instead of catching fish from a ‘fishing bar’, you’ll achieve a ‘perfect catch’! This will increase the experience you get from fishing and the quality of the fish.
Each fish can be found in a specific location and test your reaction time in a fishing mini-game. All but mutated carp require you to have a certain fishing condition or catch more. In spring, the grass is green.
Trees are regaining leaves and flowers, and in some places pink petals are blowing in the wind. There are also different types of crops, fodder and fish that appear only during this season. The salmon season lasts from the 15th to the 18th of spring.

As spring begins, new logs, rocks and grass will develop on the property. The best spring crop ever is strawberries! They cost 100 gold at the Spring Egg Festival. Players should save these seeds and save them for the next spring to get the most out of them.
Once harvested, they can be sold for anywhere from 120 to 240 gold depending on quality. Spoilers ahead for Spring 3. Today’s choice is 1) cutting some rocks to get into the mine and with the furnace recipe 2) fishing all day as best you can.
Since it doesn’t hurt too much, you can break some rocks until you find copper ore so you can eat the furnace recipe tomorrow. Otherwise (you don’t have an urgent need for stoves this week anyway) go fishing straight after watering.
Gear can greatly improve your fishing experience, from making it easier to improving the quality of your catch. For example, a dressed spinner can help increase your profits by helping you catch more fish in a day.
Garlic seeds can be bought for 40 gold and sold for 60 gold at minimum or 120 gold at max grade. This is a quick money making method as these crops only need four days to grow and mature and are ready for harvest.
These easily obtainable spring materials can also be turned into more valuable products such as wine or jelly. Salmon berries are cheap on their own, but add some value when made into jelly or wine. Note that salmon berries only appear between the 15th and 18th of spring.
So catch them in that short window. Spring birthdays have something in common, and most villagers love daffodils, a common spring food. The exceptions to this rule are Louise, who feels neutral about it, and Shane, who hates narcissists.
However, Shane can buy him a beer or a pizza from Startrap Lounge on his birthday, and since Louis is neutral, he will still accept the gift. Since the Egg Festival doesn’t take place until the 13th of spring, many players buy seeds and store them for next year so they can plant strawberries the following spring for maximum growth and profit.
While not everyone’s first vegetable choice, kale is one of the most profitable spring crops in the Stardew Valley. Kale Seed Packets can be purchased at Piers for 70 gold. A harvested crop can be sold for 110 to 220 gold, depending on quality, for a total net profit of at least 40 gold!
