Can’t be beat in my opinion. These additional stages actually complete the T25 program. He took it home and it was great! There are two options with the T25 Gamma. You can do the pure Gamma phase or the Pure Strength Hybrid which includes some Beta workouts as well.

Final Thoughts
Yes, after completing Alpha and Beta, you can order advanced operations called Gamma. The T25 Gamma focuses on using more weight and creating power. You can repeat the first two months for longer training. Which, I just finished my first.
Good mix, but I’m glad I did P90X3 and T25 first – doing exercise like a “race” would kill me. On the other hand, I agree John, a simple operation like 1.0 speed is not useful for higher people.
I think the second month is possible… we will see. Thank you! The Gamma program is phase 3 of the T25 program. It is not included in basic plans and additional costs. The Focus T25 gamma program includes 4 workouts all focused on strength.
Workouts included: Gamma is optional and the end of the program (sold separately) so I haven’t tried it yet. I really want it – everything I’ve seen looks good! 🙂 Do you still have it? Delta is correct but it’s not out yet if you get Gamma it says so on the back.

Hi Dolph-thanks for the question. I can’t say if Total Syn or Warrior is a better way or the other because they are different workouts with different goals, but feel free to change them if you want.
And yes, it’s okay to do two Fridays, your results may not be affected for better or worse by small adjustments. T25 is better than Insanity if you don’t have 40-60 minutes to spare, are new to hard and intense training, and want to build a safe balance.
However, if you are already in good shape and want to take your endurance and fitness to the next level, Insanity is better! T25 has enough training to be considered a good program for building muscle, but it may be more effective at burning fat.
Consider other Beachbody programs such as Body Beast if you’re looking to focus on muscle hypertrophy.
