From North Scranton and North Take I-476, the northeast extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, to Exit 33/56 (Lehigh Valley). Take Route 22 East from the intersection exit 1/8 mile to Route 309 South (towards Quakertown). Within minutes, Route 309 merges with I-78 East.

Continue south on this combination road until Route 309 branches south at exit 60. On Route 309, stay in the right lane and use the pitcher handle to turn left onto Center Valley Parkway. Walk approximately 2 miles, then take a right onto 378 South.

Travel approximately 2 miles to Preston Lane. Turn left into Preston Lane and follow Landis Mill Road. Turn right and take Landis Mill Road to Station Ave. Turn left at Station Avenue https://www.desales.edu/about/location-directions from South Philadelphia and South Jersey Take I-76 West through Philadelphia to to I-476, the northeast extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, to Exit 32/44 (Quakertown).

Turn left on Route 663 North toward Quakertown, turn left on Route 309 North and travel 8 miles to the intersection of Route 309 and Route 378. At the intersection, turn right and take Route 378 North to Preston Lane.

The Lehigh Mountain Hawks are members of the Patriot League and compete in 25 NCAA Division I sports. Their greatest sports rivalry is less than 20 miles away at Lafayette College. One-third of students are involved in fraternities and sororities.

All first year students must live on campus and second year students must also live on campus in a Greek dorm or apartment. Lehigh’s main campus sits on the wooded slope of South Mountain, and half of the campus is preserved as open space.

The academic year consists of two regular semesters (autumn and spring) and one summer semester. Lehigh University defines a regular semester as 14 weeks and 70 individual days of instruction. After the end of the course there are two (2) full days of reading-advice and study to give students time to prepare for their final exams.

Final exams are scheduled for nine (9) consecutive calendar days and each day will have four (4) consecutive 3-hour exam periods per day. The summer term is twelve (12) weeks of measured sessions. *These are the average grades of accepted applications for this school.

Ranges represent acceptable candidates who fall between the ages of the 25th and 75th percentiles. The DeSales University community will recognize, honor and give thanks to Vietnam War veterans, their families and those who served in or supported the military.

The DeSales Office of Veterans and Military Services is proud to be recognized as the official memorial partner of the Department of Defense for the Vietnam War. Lehigh University has four colleges with numerous undergraduate and graduate programs.

Its well-regarded graduate programs include the College of Education and the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act originated in Lehigh and requires colleges to disclose crimes on campus.

Lehigh folklore has it that the brown and white school colors were created when a woman wearing brown and white stockings walked past a group of men discussing the school colors, and the rest is history.

Reno, inventor of the escalator; and Howard McClintic and Charles Marshall, whose construction firm helped build the Golden Gate Bridges, George Washington Bridge, Panama Canal and New York’s Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. New York & Long Island Take the Throggs Neck Bridge and take the Cross Bronx Expressway/I-95 to the George Washington Bridge. Follow I-95 to Route 80 West. From I-80, take Route 287 South and follow signs from Northern/Central New Jersey.
