Each workout is only 25 minutes long (hence the name), but it’s consistent movement. I love these exercises because ShaunT is the best fitness instructor. So energetic, creative and FUN. Try this if you are looking for a cardio program that burns fat and builds flexibility and strength.
Like I said, Lift 4 is a great program to combine weight lifting and HIIT training. Combine that with the power of 6 Weeks of Work and you have a really cool mix of hard and not so hard.

Body Beast And Day Fix Extreme Hybrid Workout
Turbo Jam is one of my favorite workouts and one of the earliest that Beachbody launched. This hybrid is a little more intense than the one above because it suggests you do both exercises. It’s at least an hour of work a day, so it’s not for the faint of heart.
However, if you have the time and dedication, you will see faster fat burning and a more toned body in less time. Directions: Start with the first program listed for each day. Any LIIFT4 workout that is in a 50/50 or circuit format will only do the weight, lifting portion of the workout, NOT the HIIT, Burnout, or Core portion.
Then supplement with the next scheduled workout. LIIFT4 interval throughout, stopping at the base part and then moving on to the next exercise. Another Beachbody favorite is LIFT4. Joel Freeman is an amazing trainer and his approach is creative and challenging.
Again, these workouts progress very quickly because you are so immersed in the choreography and keeping up with the moves. This is a great program for anyone who doesn’t have time to work out every day.
Weeks Of The Work Lift Hybrid
It’s only 4 days a week, so it’s impossible for anyone with a tight schedule. It’s a fun mix, mostly because the personalities are different. Autumn Calabrese is a simple trainer who found out while working.
Sagi is, well … I have no words for this man, but he is very strong and knows what he is talking about. If clean weightlifting is your thing, try this one. But just because it’s fun and graceful, don’t think for a minute that you can’t get killer results with this style of training.
My butt is so firm from the “pretzel” movement, which I perfected during the 8-week program. 6 Weeks of the Work is a very challenging program and definitely not something you want to start w
ith if you are new to fitness.
If you’ve ever doubted that home workouts can be as effective as gym workouts, you need to try this program to make sure it’s 100% true. Holy smoke, it’s heavy but it makes you STRONG AF and feel like a badass.

It’s a functional workout, so lots of body weight movements and like barre, it doesn’t leave you feeling completely lost when you’re done. Both programs are a lot of fun! I love Barre Blend because it’s graceful and fun.
Even the more advanced 40 minute workouts go by so quickly for me because Elise Joan is a master of engaging choreography. Autumn is here, everyone has 4 weeks, and that is a great program in itself.
