Please see Conroe ISD – Code of Conduct. The 2022-2023 school year calendar was approved by the Conroe ISD board of trustees Jan. 18. The program was developed by the district level planning committee with public input.
About Conroe Independent School District
According to district officials, the approved calendar received the highest percentage of positive feedback of the three calendar options included in the district’s calendar review. In the 175-day calendar, students will begin the fall semester in 2022, August.
10 and complete the 2023 semester in May. 25. Breaks are scheduled for Thanksgiving, winter holidays, and spring break. According to the county, two inclement weather days have been built into the calendar. Holidays included in the 2022-23 school year calendar are: Thanksgiving Break, November.

Three 2022-2023 calendars were posted on the CISD website and given to companies to share with staff and the public. Among the available options, the approved 2022-2023 calendar reflects the most current calendar. It shows 175 academic days, at least 75,600 teaching minutes for students and 187 working days for teachers.
Ali joined Community Impact Newspaper as a reporter in May 2021 after receiving a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Texas State University. The union covers education, local government, transport, business and property development in The Woodlands.
