These resources are designed to allow you to explore the services offered, to help you and your family, and to prepare for your student’s arrival on campus.
The mission of the Office of Institutional Research is to provide reliable, systematic, and timely information to institutions of higher education and administration in support of university policy and decision-making. The office conducts data collection, dissemination and quantitative analysis leading to official university statistics to meet internal and external reporting requirements.

Parking If you bring a vehicle to campus, you must register your vehicle and purchase a parking permit by visiting the vehicle citation and sticker portal. You will receive your order in the mail within 7 days.

This temporary permit must be placed on the dashboard and will be valid for two weeks. The portal is expected to be open for issuing current permits shortly before Orientation. Please check back after August 10th.

Registration will open on June 2. You will have the opportunity to choose a date and time for check-in. Check-in/Check-in ERAU will offer two options to balance comfort and rainy Florida summer weather: The Student Union option in the afternoons from 2 to 5 p.m.
Students and families can park near the Union and go to the Union Event Center to check in and pick up their keys and educational materials. After that, you can drive to the residence halls to check in!

The driving process takes place in the morning from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students and families will be able to stay in their cars while they continue to receive keys and school supplies and head straight to homes to drop off their belongings.
Orientation programs On Monday 15 May, there will be a mix of hands-on opportunities and opportunities to find out what the university has to offer. All virtual events will use the Zoom platform. The Summer A Orientation schedule is here and will continue to be updated through May 1st.
Check-in/Move-in For students starting the Summer A semester, new student orientation will be held on May 15, 2023. ERAU check-in will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Mori Hosseini Student Union, after which you can move into your residence hall.
NOTE: We are currently offering live shows, some of which will be live for families and others to watch. The Zoom platform will be used for all digital programs. See the schedule for more information. For students starting in the fall term, ERAU registration and move-in will take place over two days, August 20-21.

New student teaching programs will be held from August 22 to 26. In the period from August 20 to 21, several educational programs will be held. If you are in the ROTC program or the Discover Scholars program, check email from those offices for scheduling information.
