Whether you have practiced yoga before or not. This is a great way to start the new year. December has come and the holidays are upon us. And with that mess and stress mixed with the joy of the month.
With that in mind, I created a Yoga with Adriene FWFG (Find What Feels Good) calendar for December. I used these ideas to create a May yoga calendar for the Yoga with Adriene community. I selected practices from Adriene’s library that help tone and strengthen the body.
You will see monthly videos from the series. Also before you criticize the video for focusing on weight loss. Try a thing or two before commenting. I know you will be surprised by the way she goes about weight loss.

I love the way Adriene brings a gentle and encouraging FWFG approach to all her videos. Including a video on weight loss. In June, some of the YWA community will revisit the original 30 Days of Yoga program – 30 Days of Yoga at Yoga with Adriene.

Is It Okay To Skip A Day Or What Happens If I Fall Behind?
Sometimes we get in our own way. for which reason I’m here to tell you Tell yourself (and tell yourself!) that treating yourself lovingly is the only way to truly live your life. We are ready to serve others better.
And life becomes happier and more peaceful when we love ourselves. I’m thinking of YWA’s brand new 30 Days of Yoga program that launched in January. And I think it would help to focus on the November and December calendars in preparation.
in November We will focus on the asanas with an emphasis on each pose in our Fundamentals of Yoga videos. Then in December we will focus on preparing our minds for the next 30 day yoga program.
August has arrived. Along with a new yoga calendar and a special 7-day yoga series for members called Yoga Ritual from Yoga with Adriene, this new series is the inspiration for this month’s calendar. This month invites you to connect your yoga practice with nature.
Challenge yourself to exercise outside this month. and if the weather does not allow Practice in front of a window to nature outside. seasons change Spring for those of us in the northern hemisphere. and autumn for those of us in the southern hemisphere.
And with these seasonal changes I often feel restless or uncertain, which is why I created the April Find What Feels Good yoga calendar for the Yoga with Adriene community. This month we will take time to get back to basics.
But we will also mix some intermediate practices and positions. Join this mind-centered practice and we’ll be ready to spend September r
enewing our yoga practice. This calendar is also an opportunity for those of us with experience to strengthen our foundations by diving deeper into the asanas.

Take this month and use the tools of yoga to create balance both on and off the mat. This month’s focus is open. Sunday and Thursday are our workshop days. Every Sunday we will provide a basic video of the open asanas.
Basic videos are short. So take your time to study it. on Thursday We will check back to see how our asana has grown. and include some tidbits we may have missed the first time around.
