Ocu Academic Calendar – For the fall and summer semesters, courses can be added on the first Friday after the fourth day of the semester without the permission of the instructor. Lessons can be added from the first Friday after the fourth grade to the second Friday after the ninth grade, with the teacher’s permission.

As a continuation of the above entry, … More >> Credit/non-credit option can be selected from the first registration for the semester until the last day of withdrawal from the courses without transcript (see school calendar).

After this deadline, the option to apply for a credit/non-credit score will be cancelled. A student must obtain a “C-” or better to receive credit in the course. Students must obtain the approval and signature of the instructor of the course for which they want to obtain a credit/non-credit grade.

The Faculty reserves the right to refuse students the option with/without credit. A separate loan/non-credit application is available from the population directorate. A student leaving the university should contact the Registrar’s Office, International Student Office, Student Financial Services or the dean’s office.

Once this form has been properly completed and processed through the Office of Student Affairs and Student Financial Services, the transcript will be processed on the date approved by Student Financial Services. A “W” (withdrawal) will be assigned to each class.

Absence from classes is not an official absence. Absences are allowed until the regular class day for all semesters or semesters. Withdrawals are not allowed in the last week. Students may enroll for a maximum of four (4) credits in the May term.

Maymester class registration information will also be available between 8am and 8:01am. This ensures that students are not enrolled in more than 1 class. Classes do not meet at this time. Fee: Students will be given a non-refundable deposit fee.
