Many travelers come to Polo Way for the underwater life (it’s really amazing)! In fact, Pulau Viha in Indonesia was the first place I ever dived. I was amazed by the diversity of animal life. You can see cetaceans, manta rays, turtles, barracudas, rays, dolphins and more.
Diving And Snorkeling
This pristine tropical beach is located on the east coast of Polo Way, just 15 minutes from Balohan Harbour. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful and Samur Tiga beach is the best place to watch the breathtaking sunset in the early morning hours.
If you’re an oak addict, you won’t be disappointed. Diving is cheaper than most places in Indonesia. There are 20 dive sites suitable for different levels. Some sites have very strong drift dives and deep decompression dives, suitable only for experienced divers.
Iboih beach is a popular destination among backpackers and is located in the west of the island. I stayed here a few years ago. In those days, I still didn’t have the courage to ride a motorcycle, so I didn’t see as many Polovtsians as I could, but I hung around this sleepy village, looking at the blue sky and exploring the sea.
liked Life Iboih has many guesthouses and wonderful fish restaurants. If you are driving around the island, I recommend stopping and taking photos at the Kilometer Zero Indonesia monument. This is the westernmost part of the country where Indonesia begins.
Well Three
Also worth a look is the Jaboi Volcanic Crater (walk through the volcanic landscape of yellow rocks). A motorbike should cost 100,000 rupees per day. Don’t expect fine dining at Pulau Vi. Many guesthouses and cafes located in popular tourist villages offer simple Indonesian and Western food.
The best food is usually local food. The locals know how to make a good nsi goring, but as for the pizza, I’m not sure ? If you’re on a budget, it’s easy to find something to suit your needs when you arrive as most Coats backpackers don’t advertise online.

For a mid-range stay, I recommend the environmentally friendly Treetop guesthouse. Another good option for this budget range is Freddy’s Santa Samutiga and Palau Vie Resort, both highly recommended and offering beachfront bungalows. If you’ve ridden a motorcycle before, don’t miss out on renting one here so you can explore.
The island has three well-paved main roads that make it easy to navigate. It takes about 2 hours to get from one side to the other. Along the way, you’ll be treated to empty winding roads, stunning views, and raw, untouched landscapes.
Eating Options
Sabang is the capital of Palau, but there is nothing to see here. Most travelers head to one of the tourist villages around the coast. The most popular tourist destinations are Iboih, Gapang and Sumur Tiga.
From Banda Aceh, you need to travel 40 km to reach Yolo-Lo Port. From here you can catch a ferry to Pulau Vi. The fast ferry departs twice a day at 09:30 and 16:00. It takes about 1 hour and costs Rp 80,000 for an economy class ticket.
The regular ticket is a bit more expensive. Alternatively, you can also take a slow ferry. It starts at 8 am and 2 am and lasts 2.5 hours. It costs 25,000 rubles. All ships arrive at the port of Baluhan.
From here you can take a motorbike taxi or ride a bike to your destination on the island. Hi Stephanie, I love your tour guide, I have booked my ticket for next week! I was wondering if we could meet and since I haven’t bought accommodation, is it possible to stay at your place?

If not, don’t worry!!! I make friends very easily and will definitely find something to stay!!!! Terma Kaisin Timan Baru!!! No one would dispute the fact that the pandemic has changed the lives of our children in ways we can’t even imagine.
Recently, K12 state test scores in California public schools reflected general learning losses across the state. No one should be surprised, … school starts on August 15! We can’t wait to welcome our self-study and homeschool students on Monday, August 15th!

Along with a few simple beach huts at Gapang Beach, there are more luxurious bungalows to stay in, with air-conditioning and hot showers, and you can even choose to stay at a resort if you want to split up.
