I found a balance between indulgence and natural foods, increased my water intake, and learned that there are many foods that I absolutely love to eat that are much better for me.

I also desperately needed to lose a few pounds. According to our friends at the National Institutes of Health, I was almost obese. I was thirty pounds heavier than I had been before my first son was born and a size 12. Things needed to change and Turbo Jam could be the ticket.

So how did it go? My internet searches led me to Team Beachbody message boards, which led me to Kim and Kali. They immediately added me to their Team Engaged fitness support group on Facebook, became my coaches and encouraged me to keep moving and watching my diet.

Before I met Kim and Kali about 6 years ago, I hit a plateau and was feeling very frustrated. I was doing all the “right” things and still not seeing results. The girls opened up a whole new world of training for me!

Why I Love Turbo Fire
