Guilford Co Court Calendar – 4. Registration. All hearings will be recorded by the Supreme Court Clerk and/or the judge. Lawyers, parties and witnesses or participants are not allowed to sue. Admission requests can be made through the Guilford County Clerk’s office.

1. The Court plans to continue holding remote hearings when appropriate and/or necessary. Parties requesting an external hearing must submit their request (via the remote hearing form) at least one week before the scheduled hearing date, so that the presiding judge and magistrate can receive invitations to an external hearing from lawyers and litigants.

Of course, the court expects lawyers to pick their hearing date ahead of schedule. Effective Monday, March 16, we will not appear in court in Guilford County unless there is an emergency for civil action. Courtroom 2-B will operate normally for Ex Parte 50-B/50-C and their return.

Therefore, all other civil actions, hearings and petitions currently scheduled from Monday, March 16, 2020 to Friday, March 29, may be adjourned in the district court in May 2020.
