Sec Application And Definitions
to. This document is the University of Georgia School of Law Honor Code (hereinafter “the Code”). It applies to all students enrolled in any credit course at the School of Law and applies to any aspect of their affiliation with the School.

. C. When a Judicial Panel must be convened to hear a case under this Code, the President of the Student Honor Court will select two members of the Court to serve on the Hearing Panel.
