Columbus native Ronnie Carter was named East Mississippi Community College’s 2022 Alumnus of the Year. Mike Luke, class of 1972, died on October 12 and was the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award 2022. Both were recognized on October 22 at EMCC’s Homecoming ceremony.
